Infection Prevention Partners was founded by Kathy Warye in June of 2015 to leverage her expertise and global network of experts, industry partners and government leaders toward the development and strengthening of solutions for the prevention, detection and management of infection.

• Led infection prevention strategy development for BD, a $9B multinational medical device & diagnostics company. Paved the way for market entry into skin antisepsis, a $1B opportunity space, via acquisition of CareFusion, a $6B infection prevention market leader.
• As CEO, she led transformation of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control & Epidemiology from an under-the-radar professional society to globally recognized leader in patient safety. Tripled revenue in 6 years.
• Forged numerous industry partnerships to develop markets toward adoption of advanced infection control products such as MRSA reduction (BD GeneOhm); more effective skin antisepsis (CareFusion ChloraPrep); vascular access (Bard & BD) and advanced wound care (Covidien AMD).
• Co-directed a 3-year market shaping initiative in China, a public-private partnership between government, industry and the China Hospital Association to develop a model hospital infection control program for the country.
• Advanced ground breaking public policy solutions in the US to drive awareness and prevention of HAIs.
